For the confectionery factory, SPF “Sweda, Ltd” has started the manufacture of the weighing batcher in bags “Big-Bag” DWS-301-2000-1 (DWS-346) and hopper scales SWEDA WBA-70-P-30. The batcher in FIBC will be used as part of the nut packing line and is different from our standard model DWS-301-1000-1.
The peculiarity of this batcher is the ability to remove filled bags from the batching area with the help of a pallet truck. There is no need to carry out work on the arrangement of ramps, which saves space. In the future, it is possible to easily expand the packaging capabilities and, with the help of an additional module, ensure the packing of bags of a smaller volume, without losing accuracy.
According to the Customer’s technology, SWEDA WBA-70-P-30 hopper scales will be used for packing nuts in 12.5-25.0 kg bags. |
