The complex is designed for reloading the contents of bags “Big-Bag” into sewing bags of 10-50 kg.
Structurally, the complex is a collapsible frame structure with the unloader of “Big-Bag” and the weighing batcher for bulk materials DWS-301 .

PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION:
By means of a traverse and a hand hoist, the container of the “Big-Bag” type is placed into the unloader and ripped open. The flow of bulk product from the container through the intermediate neck enters batcher DWS-301, where it is batched into a sewing bag previously fixed by the operator.
The construction feature ensures its mobility during transportation and mounting, use ofthe batcher DWS-301in the complex allows to carry out with high accuracy and prompt reloading of the product from “Big-Bag” into sewing bags from 10 to 50 kg. The capacity of the complex is up to 3 m3/hour, the dosing error is no more than 0.2%, the weight processor of the complex provides communication with a PC for accounting and registration, the dimensions of the complex are 6000x1840x3200, the rotection index is IP54.
