Description

The weight processor PW-310і is designed to measure and process signals coming from load cells, as well as control actuators as part of electronic scales and batchers.

The main displayed parameters are: total total in tons, number of dosing cycles, current weight of the material in the weighing hopper in kilograms, the value of the last plumb line in kilograms and the state of the weighing cycle.

Optional: capacity per cycle, t/h, total for the last hour, t, left to weigh, t (amount of material that must be loaded before reaching the “Task” setpoint), current time and cycle time, totals and the number of cycles for time periods and the results of shift work.

Multiple connection interfaces

The PW-310i processor has the following interfaces: RS-485 (2 channels),

Ethernet, Profibus, GPRS, Wi-Fi*.

A current output can also be set with a software adjustable

range of 0-5mA, 0-20mA or 4-20mA.

*in processors of new modification this option is not supported

GSM SMS interface

If this option is selected, the processor sends messages to one pre-selected cellular number.

This number may belong to a PC or a server equipped with a cellular modem with a SIM card installed.

Form: date, time, total.

Data is transmitted once per hour.

The keyboard provides convenient data entry and facilitates processor setup.

Simple structure and quick installation

PW-310i is made in a dust- and splash-proof plastic case adapted for surface mounting. Installation requires drilling 4 holes, removing the captive screws, and removing the bezel from the chassis. Insert the screws into the holes for the captive screws on the chassis, use them to secure the chassis to the prepared holes, and install the front panel on the chassis.
