The feature of the batcher operation is that the material filling and the dose preparing is carried out in transfer hopper during hanging on of a bag by the operator on the batcher neck. I.e. by the time of readiness of the batcher for filling-up of a bag the material dose is already ready and at once is completely unloaded in a bag. Thus, the cycle time essentially shortens, and the capacity of the batcher raises.
