The control system of multi-component batching

Description

The control system of multi-component batching (further SMB) serves for joint operation with the circuit of control of the process equipment, realizing consecutive batching of set portions of raw materials in the weight hopper. SMB carries out transformation of output voltage of the load cells of the LRD of the hopper to the digital form, its logical and mathematical handling and generation of the corresponding signal to the external control circuit for ensuring of portion weight batching of seven components of raw materials.

 

PW-310 ensures setting by the operator of dose values of raw material components.

 

In the course of batching there is an evaluation of current weight of the next component and an output of its value on the weight processor PW-310.

 

At the same time the comparison of the current value of weight with the set value is carried out. By the results of this comparison the output signal, used by the external circuit for stopping of feeding of the batching component is generated. The signal is generated with an advance, the magnitude of which can be set by the operator for each component.

 

In SMB the account of actually batched amounts of each of components and their sum, and also the amount of batching cycles is organized. Each of the accounted values is saved in totals of two components:

– the sum (long-time) total, which can be set by the operator in a zero only after password entering;

– the subtotal (operative), which can be set by the operator in a zero without password entering, for example, each shift or day;

Any total can be output on the display on demand of the operator.
