Belt batchers of continuous operation

PURPOSE

Weight belt batchers SWEDA DWL are designed for continuous batching of various bulk materials (cement, crushed stone, coal, charge, etc.) while maintaining a specified capacity. At the same time, batchers provide:

  • High batching accuracy (class 0,5);
  • Automatic maintenance of the specified capacity in the range from 3 to 630 t/h;
  • Work in the mode of continuous weighing and in the mode of batching a given portion of the material;
  • Indication of actual capacity and cumulative total per shift, day and from the start of manufacutre;
  • Communication with the ACS system of the enterprise and the owner’s office.

 

APPLICATION

Batchers SWEDA DWL are used to automate continuous batching and accounting of the components of technological processes in the mining and metallurgical, chemical and cement industries, manufacture in the agricultural sector, etc.

PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION

Belt batcher SWEDA DWL is a belt conveyor with a built-in strain cell system for measuring the mass of material on the belt, a belt speed sensor and a control system.

 

In the process of work, the material is continuously weighed on the belt and the speed of the belt is measured. The control system calculates the current capacity of the batcher, compares it with the preset one and, if necessary, generates a correction signal to the frequency converter, which controls the gear motor and changes the belt speed.

 

On the display of the weight processor of the belt batcher and the remote display indicate the current value of the actual capacity, the total mass of the material passed through the batcher, and, optionally, all parameters of the batcher.

 

The belt batcher SWEDA DWL has been serially produced by “Sweda, Ltd” since 2003.
