Description
The bag sewing line SWEDA LZM is designed for sewing polypropylene, fabric, paper bags filled with product, as well as their further movement to a specified location.
FEATURES:

– adjustable support legs and railings;
– the possibility of ordering with domestic and imported sewing machines;
– the use of a frequency drive of the conveyor ensures operation with any stitch length of the sewing machine.
DEVICE AND PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION:
The supporting body of the conveyor is an endless belt driven by a drive drum. The required initial tension on the running down strand of the tape is created by a tension drum using a screw device. The conveyor supports are adjustable, due to which it is possible to change its height above the floor level.
The bag-stitching stand is designed for installing a movable arm for a sewing machine on it. The bracket is also equipped with a machine drive motor, thread loopers and a counterweight. Also on the brace is a control cabinet intended to control the movement of the conveyor and the operation of the sewing machine.
The electrical equipment includes a control cabinet with control gear, an electric pedal, a sewing machine electric driving motor, a motor-reducer of the conveyor, connection cables. The feature of the sewing line SWEDA LZM is the presence of a frequency drive, which allows you to smoothly regulate the speed of the conveyor belt and ensure high-quality sewing of the bag.
