Description
The batcher for bulk materials DWS-301-50-2 is designed for batching free-flowing powder materials (for example, zirconium) into sewing bags (open-mouth bags).
The work of the batcher is based on cyclic batching of material into an open (sewn) bag, fixed by a pneumoclamp. Batching of material is carried out by a special wafer valve (butterfly gate), which ensures reliable overlap and flow of material. Batching control in the “COARSE” and “FINE” modes is provided by changing the position of the gate leaf with a special pneumatic actuator. After the ending of batching, the sack is unclenched and the filled sack is automatically dumped. On the display of the weight processor of the batcher, the weight doses and the number of doses (material) are indicated on an accrued total in pieces or tons.
