Using the screw batcher DWS-301-50-3, you can pack the following products: premixes, powders, minerals, etc. in polypropylene, paper and jute bags.
The work of the batcher is based on cyclic batching of material into an open (sewn) bag, fixed by a pneumoclamp. The batching of the material is carried out by a screw conveyor. Material feed in the “COARSE” and “FINE” modes, provided by changing the screw rate speed frequency. After the ending of batching, the sack is unclenched and the filled sack is automatically dumped. When batching poorly free flowing materials, it is possible a mounting possers on the feed hopper. On the display of the weight processor of the batcher, the weight doses and the number of doses (material) are indicated on an accrued total in pieces or tons.
