Bag sewing lines

PURPOSE

The bag sewing line SWEDA LZM is intended for sewing fabric, paper and polypropylene bags after their packing, for example, by the batcher SWEDA DWS-301. At the same time, the sewing line ensures the advancement of the bag by a belt conveyor to the place of its sewing with an automatic or manual sewing machine.

APPLICATION

The bag sewing line can be used in sugar factories, elevators, warehouses, farms and other enterprises that pack bulk products into sewing bags.

ADVANTAGES

The bag sewing line SWEDA LZM provides the capacity of the sewing process up to 460 bags per hour. The presence in the belt conveyor geared motor allows adjustment of speed of movement of the bag and to synchronize its speed with its sewing, thereby eliminating the yarn breakage. The use of an imported automatic industrial sewing machine in the line makes the process of sewing bags simple, reliable and efficient.

PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION

Structurally, the SWEDA LZM sewing line includes a belt conveyor with a gear motor and adjustable supports, a bag sewing rack with a sewing machine, an electric motor, a cabinet and a control panel, a pedal for turning on the machine.

After filling the bag with product and dropping it onto the conveyor belt, the bag is moved to the place where the rack is installed. The operator tucks the neck of the bag under the foot of the sewing machine, which sews the bag in the process. Depending on the type of thread and the density of the bag, you can adjust its length and the speed of the conveyor. The remote control allows you to control the conveyor drive in the “Stop”, “Forward”, “Backward” modes.

The firm “Sveda” supplies lines for sewing bags with a conveyor of 2, 3, 4 and 5 m, with a capacity of up to 460 bags/hour.

The firm can also supply packaging lines that include dispenser of bulk and granular products (sugar, cereals, grain, compound feed) into sewing bags DVS-301, bag sewing lines and bag accounting system SUM-232.

Also, packing lines allow not only loading and packing bags with products, but also their counting and transportation directly to the finished product warehouse. This saves material and financial resources, excludes theft of products.
