The weight processor PW-310 for controlling multi-component batching is used for automatic control of process equipment that carries out sequential loading of portions of components with their subsequent unloading.

 

The weight processor PW-310 converts the output voltage of the weighing device strain gauges into digital form, processes it logically and mathematically, and generates the corresponding signals into an external control circuit to ensure portioned weigh batching.

 

PW-310 allows the operator to set the dose values ​​of 2 components for two-speed loading or 4 components for single-speed loading.

 

During the batching process, the current weight of the next component is calculated and its value is displayed on the digital indicator.
