Description

The bags with a carrying capacity from 400 to 1000 kg of single and multiple use with a valve with a width of 110 to 140 mm are applicable for unloading.
CONSTRUCTION:
The unloader ob bags “Big-Bag” SWEDA RMK consists of a frame with a unloading module and a telfer beam with a manual hoist.
The unloading module consists of a receiving hopper, a slide gate, a big-bag shaking device and a screw conveyor.
The receiving hopper in the upper part is made in the form of a cone, over which a rubber membrane is mounted, to seal the lower part of the bag when it is installed on the module.
For shaking, an IV-127 vibrator is installed on the hopper is installed an vibrator IV-127.
PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION:
The material is unloaded from the bag into the receiving neck by gravity.
The supply of a flexible container with material to the unit operation area is carried out by a loader or a stacker, then the container is attached to the hoist using slings.
