Description

The weight processor PW-310 is a universal multifunctional module purposed for measure a signal from analog load cells, its mathematical processing and transformation according to a given program. In accordance with the results of this processing and analysis of the states of discrete inputs, PW-310 generates control signals at its outputs (discrete and analog), which ensure the operation of scales for various purposes:

Hopper scales;
Belt scales;
Batchers of discrete action and filling equipment;
Belt feeders;
Bag accounting systems and other specialized weighing systems.

The weight processor PW-310 has an increased protection index and can operate in harsh industrial conditions (dust, moisture, temperature drops).

The feature of the module is a simple, clear and friendly interface with the user with only 4 control buttons.

Functions of the weight processor PW-310 for the batcher of continuous action SWEDA DWL:

Measuring the speed of movement by the pulse belt speed sensor ;
DC signal (0-5, 0-20, 4-20) mA for frequency converter;
Electromechanical counter of material mass with programmable “price” of the impulse;
