Electronic modules

PURPOSE

Electronic modules supplied by “Sweda, Ltd” are purposed to work as part of the manufactured weighing and batching equipment. At the same time, they implement:

• Measurement and processing of signals from load cells scales;
  Implementation of the specified operating algorithms for all scales and batchers produced by the company;
• Indication of the results of operation of scales and batchers, their accumulation in the event log;
• Ensuring the required metrological characteristics of scales and batchers;
• Communication with external information networks of automated control systems of enterprises-customers and offices of their owners.

APPLICATION

Electronic modules of “Sweda, Ltd” can be used:

In non-automatic weighing devices – platform, truck, railway, crane scales – weight indicator IW-320;
In automatic weighing devices – belt and hopper scales, belt feeders, batchers for packing products into bags, etc. – weight processor PW-310 and its modifications;
In special-purpose systems based on scales and batchers (for example, the bag accounting syste SUM-232);
In scales and batchers – for remote indication of scales parameters and their remote control – portable board TV-330.
