Description
The automatic weight batcher SWEDA DWS-301-50-5 is intended for packing various lump materials into open-mouth bags (polypropylene, paper, jute). Using the batcher, you can pack, for example, crushed stone, coal and other lump materials with a fraction size of up to 50 mm.

The batcher includes mechanical and measuring-controlling parts.
The mechanical part includes: a receiving hopper(1), a belt conveyor(2) with a receiving neck(3), a guiding neck(4) with an aspiration cover, a weight nech of the batcher(5) with a load cell and a gear of the bag clamp and a common cradle(6).
The measuring-controlling part includes a load cell, a weight processor PW-310(7), a cabinet(8) with a frequent converter and an electropneumatic actuator package.
Optionally the batcher can be completed by a level indicator, preventing pour off the material from the receiving hopper.
The operator hangs a bag on the weight neck. Thus the limit switches are actuated and the bag is clamped by the special gear, controlled by a pneumatic actuator. The batching material from a receiving hopper arrives self-flowing in the neck of the belt feeder, from which by a moving belt it is displaced to the weight neck and further in the bag. The weight processor PW-310 controls all process of batching, including control of the material feed, speed of motion of the feeder belt, measuring of weight of the material in the bag.
Capacity of the complex – to 200 bags/hours, depending on the properties of the material and qualification of the operator.

– semi-automatic mode of operation (the operator only hangs the bag);
– elimination of dusting due to the dust guard with a spigot for the aspiration system;
– the standard interface of link with the computer for account of doses and registration of events;
– the convenient user menu in the weight processor.
