The unloaders of super sacks

PURPOSE

The unloader of bags “Big-Bag” (flexible containers) is designed for reloading the contents of bags weighing from 400 to 1000 kg into a storage tank for subsequent storage or into processing equipment.

 

APPLICATION

The unloadier can be used in food, chemical, cement and other industries and agriculture. It solves the problem of both unloading the product from bags of the “Big-Bag”, as well as reloading it into containers in warehouses or repacking it into bags of another type for subsequent sale or storage.

 

When mounted in a weighing system unloader, it can be used for batch feeding of product from a bag into a processing machinery.

PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION

The unloader ob bags “Big-Bag” consists of a frame with a telpher beam, on which a manual hoist is installed, and a unloading module.

 

The material is unloaded from the bag into the receiving neck by gravity. The unloading module consists of a receiving neck with a hatch for bag maintenance, a slide gate, a big-bag shaking device and a screw conveyor.

 

The supply of a flexible container with material to the area of ​​operation of the unit is carried out by a loader or stacker. Additionally, a traverse is supplied for hanging the bag. The bag suspended on the traverse is lifted from the storage area and lowered onto the unloader.

 

The hatch is opened manually, the bottom valve of the bag is ripped or untied, and the material is poured by gravity into the receiving neck. The bag is emptied by a screw conveyor.
