Description
Hopper scales in a non-standard modification WBA-20-100-2 were developed according to an individual technical assignment.
The peculiarity of these scales is as follows:
– The scales can weigh in the flow both liquid and bulk products, the slope angle of which is close to zero (ferromanganese, rutile, etc.);
– The scales can work both in weighing mode and in batching mode, providing accurate formation of the dose of the product passed through them;
– The construction of the scales provides free flow of the product due to the original construction of the loading mechanism.
The scales were developed, manufactured and successfully operated at the enterprise when weighing finely dispersed ferromanganese powder.

• Accurate material accounting;
• Automatic control of the batching process;
• Automatic storage of tare;
• Maintaining the specified capacity;
• Indication of the weight of the dose and the weight of the weighed material per shift, day and from the start of production.
