Description
The calibration device UKVK-201-1 is intended for calibration and indirect metrological calibration test of belt scales VK at release from production and in operation.
The device UKVK-201-1 is a roller chain, flexible in the longitudinal and transverse directions (Fig. 1).

To carry out metrological tests, the device is placed on the weight section of the belt, fixing one of its edges to the conveyor stand in the direction of the belt movement. Measurements are carried out according to the method described in the documentation for the belt scales.
An example of the location of the device 5 m long on the belt of the belt scales is shown on Fig. 2.
