Description
The weight accounting system (bag counter) is designed to count bags and boxes with products moving in a stream along the conveyor belt during their transportation to a warehouse or shipment. The weight accounting system allows to exclude the theft of finished products, to speed up the process of its shipment to the Customer.
FEATURES:
– easу transportation – the disassembled structure does not take up much space;
– a small number of parts ensures reliable and fast mounting;
– use of a photosensor – there is no mechanical contact with the accounted material;
– adjustable roller supports allow using the Customer’s rollers.
PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION:
The principle of the system is based on measuring the weight and speed of the bags. In this case, the presence of a bag on the belt is recorded both by the signal from the platform load cell and by the signal from the photosensors of the system. The order of movement of the bags along the belt and their relative position do not affect the accuracy of determining the number of bags.
