Description
Screw batcher with a weighing platform DWS – 301-50-3 for batching bulk materials with definite features in containers (open containers, technological containers).
OPERATING PRINCIPLE:
The batcher consists of the following basic elements (see Fig. 1):
– Receiving hopper;
– Electric screw feeder;
– Electric cabinet;
– Weight processor PW – 310;
-Сontrol station;
– Frame;
– Weighing platform with load cell and bracket.

PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION:
The batcher implements a semi-automatic mode of operation. The operator places the container for the batched product on the platform and, by pressing the button, activates an automatic batching cycle with two modes of product delivery (“Coarse” and “Fine”). The batching progress and the end of the batching cycle are indicated on the display of the weight processor PW-310. After the end of hatching, the operator removes the container from the platform. The dose weight is set by the “Coarse” and “Fine” parameters. The feed rate of the material is regulated by changing the rotational speed of the screw.
