The device of imitation of loads per unit of length UIPN

  • The device provides an imitation of the linear load on the belt of the batcher and allows its dynamic calibration;
  • The rollers of the device are made of plastic, which excludes the influence of friction between the device and the conveyor belt;
  • Each device is made specifically for the required linear load and belt width.

Description

The device of imitation of loads per unit of length UIPN is designed to place reference weights on a moving conveyor belt in order to simulate a uniform linear load in the process of calibration and indirect verification batchers of continuous operation DWL at release from production and in operation.

 

 

The device is a set of trolleys hinged together. The trolleys are produced in three standard sizes: with two, three and four rollers on each axis (Fig. 1).
