The weight processor PW-310 is a universal multifunctional module purposed for measure a signal from analog load cells, its mathematical processing and transformation according to a given program. In accordance with the results of this processing and analysis of the states of discrete inputs, PW-310 generates control signals at its outputs (discrete and analog), which ensure the operation of scales for various purposes:

  • Hopper scales;
  • Belt scales;
  • Batchers of discrete action and filling equipment;
  • Belt feeders;
  • Bag accounting systems and other specialized weighing systems.

 

The weight processor PW-310 has an increased protection index and can operate in harsh industrial conditions (dust, moisture, temperature drops).

 

The feature of the module is a simple, clear and friendly interface with the user with only 4 control buttons.

 

Functions of the weight processor PW-310 for the bag accounting system SUM-232:

  • An original algorithm for accounting bags by their mass, length, mutual placement;
  • Alarm and blocking of the conveyor in case of emergency situations and interventions in work;
  • Detailed log of events, errors and emergencies (time, error code, etc.);
