PURPOSE

Automatic weighing batchers for bulk materials SWEDA DWS-301 are designed for batching various bulk materials (sugar, cereals, grain, granules, building materials) into open-type sewing bags, “Big-Bag” and valve bags.

At the same time, batchers provide:

  • High batching accuracy (class 0.2-0.5);
  • Required capacity of the packing process (for example, up to 400 bags of mass 50 kg);
  • Automatic control of batching processes;
  • Indication of the dose mass and the cumulative total per shift, day and from the start of manufacture;
  • Communication with the ACS system of the enterprise and the owner’s office.

APPLICATION

PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION

Batchers SWEDA DWS-301 include a loader, a weight measuring device, a receiving neck, a control cabinet and the weight processor PW-310. Depending on the modification, the construction of the batcher has significant differences, described in the relevant pages of the site.

The batching process algorithm is as follows. The operator manually puts the bag onto the receiving neck. Depending on the modification of the batcher, the bag is clamped automatically or by a signal from the operator’s control panel. Further, the batching process is carried out automatically until a given dose of material is filled into the bag, after which the bag is manually or automatically released from the clamps and removed from the neck.
