When choosing a weight batcher for bulk materials, several main criteria must be taken into account: properties of the product to be dispensed (flowability, particle size, specific density), type of bag (type and size) and technical characteristics of the batcher, depending on production needs. Also, when choosing weighing equipment, it is important to determine: what is the required dosing error, the performance of the batcher, the weight of the dose. No less important are the conditions and properties of the environment in which the weight batcher is planned to operate.
All of the above criteria will facilitate and speed up the selection of packaging equipment for the required production and tasks of the enterprise.
Weighing batchers are designed for packing products with different properties: – DWS-301-50-1 batcher with a sector latch is designed for packing well-flowing products (grain, sugar, cereals, seeds, fertilizers); – DWS-301-50-3 batcher with a screw unloading device is designed for packing poorly free-flowing materials (finely dispersed powders, mineral substances); – DWS-301-50-2 batcher with a “Butterfly” valve is designed for fluid materials that are similar in properties to liquids; – DWS-301-50-6 batcher is intended for packing cement; – DWS-301-1000 batcher is designed for well-flowing products packaged in “Big-Bag”.
The weighing batchers of the company “Sweda, Ltd” are designed for various types of bags, which are used in the packaging of one or another raw material: – sewing bags (open type bags) – 5-50 kg – for grain, sugar, cereals, etc.; – valve bags – for cement; – soft containers (“Big-Bag”) – from 500 kg to 2 tons – for grain, sugar, cereals, etc.
Due to the specified properties of the material and the selected type of bag, the batchers ensure compliance with the requirements of state standards and special technical conditions regarding the dosage of the required product, as well as requirements regarding the mass of the dose and its error. For the convenience of determining the type of weighing batcher according to the Customer’s needs, we usually suggest filling out a typical questionnaire for DWS-301. According to the legislation of Ukraine, weighing batchers must be certified, i.e. entered into the State Register of measuring equipment and certified by the metrological service. |
