The company plans to feed sunflower husk as fuel to the technological process.
Since the bulk weight of batches of material (husk) changes, stabilization is necessary due to correction of the material by weight. For the purpose of weighing and uniform feed of biofuel to the furnace, SPF “Sweda, Ltd” manufactured and supplied the belt feeder SWEDA DWL.
This modification differs from the standard model of the feeder by smaller overall dimensions and weight of the construction, which saves space for installation. A new, more sensitive weighing system is used, which allows the use of a feeder for products with a small bulk weight.
In the loading neck, instead of a pin gate valve, which is intended for coarse products, a knife gate valve is used for finely dispersed products.
