According to the Сustomer’s requirements, a special mobile batcher was designed and manufactured for packing coal into open-type bags without the use of compressed air.
The batcher with a neck with a manual mechanical clamping of the bag is distinguished by the algorithm of operation in terms of fixing the bag on the neck of the batcher and the absence of all elements of pneumatic equipment.
A feature of this product is its mobility, if necessary, the batcher is quickly mounted using a forklift under the customer’s supply hopper and prepares it in open bags. Upon receipt of an order for packing into other containers or bags, the batcher can be removed, and the supply hopper can be used for another purpose.
