For the factory of the premix production in the Dnipropetrovsk region (Ukraine), SPF “Sweda, Ltd” was produced the screw batcher.
This modification differs from the standard batcher model.
The screw conveyor is installed at an angle of 20° – this increases the accuracy of batching, as it reduces the uncontrolled spillage of the product at the end of loading.
According to the Customer’s requirements, an axisless auger is used for quick disassembly and cleaning of the auger when changing the batching product.
The material tract is made of food grade stainless steel.
The product – finely ground limestone; Product fraction – up to 0,1 mm; Capacity – 50 bags per hour weighing 20 kg; Weighing limits – from 5 to 50 kg; Accuracy – 0,5%.
