According to the Customer’s request, for the project of one of Kazakhstan’s ferroalloy plants, is being completed the production of equipment for dosing ore (with a capacity of 10m³ per hour) and charge and coke (with a capacity of 5m³ per hour).
The equipment is a metal structure of the hopper with dampers, an electric drive with a motor-reducer of dampers, a damper position sensor, a set of strain gauges with built-in nodes, a general frame and a junction box.
6 sets of this equipment are being prepared for delivery – 4 sets of weighing hoppers with a carrying capacity of 150 kg for charge materials and coke, as well as 2 sets with a carrying capacity of 1t for ore.
