For the Volnogorsk mining and processing enterprise, our company has manufactured hopper scales with an electric drive of a special construction.
The scales will be used for weighing and accounting of ilmenite concentrate in the process of packing the rail cars.
Features of scales:
– designed according to the requirements of the Customer;
– material flow path is made of special wear-proof Hardox steel;
– the version with an electric drive ensures high-quality operation of the scales in a wide range of ambient temperatures.
Currently, two units of the scales have been successfully tested directly at the plant. After the design documentation is finalized, the scales can be put into serial production.
