The drawing shows the technological scheme of the grain processing plant and the scales and batchers installed there. Acceptance of grain and shipment of finished products is carried out by truck and wagon scales. Hopper scales are used in the technological cycle of the production of flour, cereals and bran.
The batchers for bulk products in open bags are mounted at the finished product packaging area and can be operated together with a bagger-weigher, with a sewing line and bag accounting system. The platform scales periodically check the accuracy of the batchers for compliance with all standards.
