Automatic control system for oil press plant

SPF “Sweda” supplies weighing equipment to the enterprises of the agricultural complex (including oil extraction plants) in Ukraine and other CIS countries. Truck scales measure and take into account the mass supplied to the truck plant, sunflower seeds. Hopper scales of various capacities and portion weights are used in the technological process of obtaining vegetable oil. So hopper scales measure:
– the mass of sunflower seeds supplied to the plant and stored in the silage;
– mass of sunflower seeds after cleaning;
– the mass of sunflower seeds after drying;
– the mass of sunflower seeds after drying;
– the mass of sunflower seeds before grinding.
After removing the oil and cleaning it, the hopper scales for the liquid products are measured and accounted the mass of the oil obtained in the production before it is packed and stored.

All scales and batchers of the firm “Sweda” operate in a wide temperature range (from -20 to + 40 °С), are made in industrial construction with ingress protection IP64, and are equipped with highly reliable imported loal cells.
Scales and batchers have a standard interface (MODBUS and PROFIBUS) and can be combined into a single system for accounting for freight flows, an automated process control system and an automated control system.
