For one of the enterprises of the agricultural holding, the main activities of which are plant growing and sugar production, SPF “Sweda, Ltd” produced a non-standard weight batcher DWS-301-1000-1-P-1 for weighing and packing sugar in bags “Big-Bag” .
The main difference between the batcher and the standard modification is the presence of two additional conveyors for further convenient transportation of filled soft containers. The tract of the material is made of food-grade stainless steel.
Features of the batcher: – Increased capacity (up to 35 bags per hour); – Stainless steel tract (optional); – Fan for blowing the bag eliminates spillage of the product; – Automatic ejection of the straps and the removal of the bag from the batching area; – Communication with the automated control system of the enterprise and the owner’s office; – There are no special requirements for operating conditions and staff; – Prompt mounting, adjusting and put into operation.
