When receiving, processing and shipping grain, re traditionally used the truck and railway truck scales. In addition to the fact that the cost of these scales and the costs of their mounting are very high, in some cases their use is simply not optimal from a technological point of view (for example, when transferring grain from units located in the same territory). Currently, the use of various hopper electronic scales is expanding at elevators, garners and mills. Their feature lies in the continuous mode of weighing. Scales usually include 2 or 3 hoppers, one of which cyclically weighs a portion of grain, and the rest provide operation of the scale in a stream. In addition to cost saving when purchasing and mounting hopper scales, the user receives a measuring tool of significantly higher accuracy. For example, 60t truck scales have a accuracy readability of 20kg. At the same time, in hopper scales with a hopper with a volume of 1 m³ and a capacity up to 300 t/h, the accuracy readability no more 0.5 kg. High metrological characteristics of hopper scales are also ensured by the requirements of DSTU OIML R 107, DSTU 769 standards. If earlier the hopper scales belonged to the static class and were tested like ordinary static scales, then according to the new technical regulations and standards, the hopper scales belong to the class of automatic totalizing type. Thus, when testing the scales, not only their accuracy will be checked, but also the correctness of the summation of individual portions, the correctness of mathematical operations and software. “Sweda, Ltd” supplies several modifications of hopper scales for weighing and accounting of grain for different capacities. The feature of our scales is the availability of two types of drive at choice – pneumatic and electric. Thus, they can be operated both indoors and outdoors, including in ports. All types of scales are certified in accordance with the requirements of DSTU OIML R 107 (certificate UA.TR.113-0007-17) and can be used in trade and commercial operations. The scales have been serially produced since 2015 and are successfully operated in Ukraine and other CIS countries. |
